Welcome to NDEY KNTENT! By accessing or using our platform and social content creation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By using NDEY KNTENT, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. NDEY KNTENT is operated by Lars Gruber, Ignazgasse 9, 1120 Wien, Austria.
NDEY KNTENT provides social content creation and editing services, including but not limited to: short-form video editing, carousel and static post design, thumbnail creation, and motion graphics for social media platforms.
You may use our content creation services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our platform.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to us and all finished content we create for you. By uploading materials, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Once delivered, all rights to the finished content belong exclusively to you.

All content, branding, and software associated with NDEY KNTENT (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to NDEY KNTENT and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDEY KNTENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified service provider. Charges are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a subscription you authorize us (and Stripe on our behalf) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount, including any applicable taxes.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun and any content work has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support@ndey-kntent.com. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If no work has been started on your content within 14 days of payment, you may request a full refund.
EU right of withdrawal for digital services. If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to begin work within this 14-day period, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed. If you withdraw after work has begun but before completion, you will owe a proportional amount for the work already performed.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to contest any illegitimate chargebacks and to recover any associated fees.
We do not store complete credit-card numbers or CVC codes on our servers. All payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe via industry-standard encryption. You acknowledge and agree that Stripe is solely responsible for the security of your payment data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NDEY KNTENT, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) the content you upload, (iii) your misuse of the Services, or (iv) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms or modify our pricing at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the website or at the start of the next billing cycle following notice to you via email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
